I love my family. I have a mom, a dad and four sisters. All of them are wonderful and unique, interesting and smart, and beautiful in their own ways, inside and out. I love my family.
Obviously, I didn’t grow up with brothers, but I have them now; two of them. I met my brothers while at Laurier. As with my family, I didn’t choose them; we came together organically. I can’t tell you the first time I met one or the other. I don’t know where our connection begins or ends. All I know is that they might as well have always been there, because without them I am absolutely useless.
My brothers are my limbs; I’d feel less without them. My brothers are my oxygen; I can’t live without them. My brothers are me and I am my brothers are me and I am.
Thank You. Be Well.
