The fear of child birth
has far greater implications
than simply forcing melons
through the womb.
There’s a storm overhead
and I’m downing in fluid
– There’s an amniotic flood –
because when it’s time to
open my eyes for the first time,
My life will already be full of
LIES
and that’s just torture.
